Childrens museum

We went to the Childrens museum and the kids had a great time. I was exhausted! There were a billion people there. I think that I would go back when it was less crowded. Isla also had an incredible temper tantrum. It was pretty embarrassing. She is such a stinker sometimes.

Playing around before school starts

Lake Mary

We went hiking to Lake Mary yesterday which is above Solitude ski resort. It was pretty challenging and tiring but beautiful! The kids had a great time. My only complaint is that is was so cold! It couldn't have been more than 50 degrees!

First day of kindergarten

Today was Ethan's first day of Kindergarten. I am so proud of him. There were lots of kids crying but Ethan was totally ready to go! Isla was very upset to see him go.

Egypt set and swimming lesson

I took some pictures of Ethan's swimming lessons today. He had such a great time. He is such a good swimmer!
We decorated an Egypt set his grandma gave him. It was so much fun! Ethan is especially proud of the mummy.

His real birthday

On Ethan's real birthday we had just a small cake and Ethan got to open the rest of his presents. He got a Chima lego set and  new bike from his mom and dad. He got a ninja costume and a volcano from his Grandma. What a lucky kid!
Ethan couldn't decide what kind of cake he wanted so I "free handed" this ninjago one. It tasted really good but I am no artist!

Ethan's 6th bday party

Ethan had his 6th bday party at the Draper pool. The Miles family and Ada came. We had a great time and the weather was awesome. Ethan received a Lego police set, a spy watch, and a spiderman sprinkler. I made pirate cupcakes.
