Elmo take 2

Well, I have been trying to recycle my cake pans and so this year Isla will get ELMO! We make a gluten free cake and it was delish! Isla helped me make the batter and taste tasted it. Don't worry, she got a spoonful before the eggs were added! This cake is really easy to make and fun. If anyone wants to borrow my pan just let me know!
